IT Training is looking for an Online Training Knowledge Management intern. Some of the things the person in this position will do include:
- Observe and investigate processes involving online instructor-led training
- Explore new and creative ways to document procedures and information
- Assist with the communication strategy for rolling out documentation updates
- Assist in the creation of SharePoint site architecture, and create SharePoint libraries and pages
- Create and update process documentation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Undergraduate and Graduate students from populations traditionally underrepresented in the Information Technology (IT) field (this includes women) are encouraged to apply for this Gerald L. The internship is based on 10 hours a week for 15 weeks at $12/hour that can be configured as the supervisor and student desire—crossing semesters vs. one semester, fewer or more hours per week, etc. You'll work in the Cyberinfrastructure Building (CIB) on the IUB Campus.
