Since we already had a stressful regular semester, why don't we have some fun in the Summer Session?
The road trip is the best choice! Here are some places I suggest to do a road trip. The distance is from 30 minute-drive and up to six hour-drive. And I took some pictures at those places.
1. Brown County, Nashville, INThere are many lovely stores to visit there such as art ware shops, restaurants, etc.
2. Lake Monroe, Bedford, INIt is not Bloomington side, the one I suggest is the City of Bedford.
3. Cincinnati, OHCincinnati is two hour-drive from Bloomington, you can enjoy the beautiful Cincinnati Zoo, Cincinnati Art Museum, etc. Here is the Museum.
4. Chicago, ILYou cannot miss Chicago for sure. Chicago is one of the biggest cities near Bloomington and it is only four hour-drive from Bloomington.
5. St. Louis, MOIf you want to drive to the west, you have to pass by St. Louis. St. Louis is a great city to sightseeing. The Gateway Arch is one of the most important attraction in St. Louis. Here is a picture I took from the top of Gateway Arch.
6. Biltmore House, Asheville, NCBiltmore House is a large estate and it is seven-hour drive from Bloomington.
